I bought Non-HP Ink it does not claim to be HP Ink. Several warning messages claim I am using counterfeit HP ink - No where does it write HP Ink. I was tired of paying money for HP Ink that quits when the level shows 3/4 to 1/4 full. Now my Printer is being held hostage by HP for not using HP Ink. How do I fix this?.

HP does not recommend the use of non-HP ink cartridges. It may or may not work. HP cannot guarantee its functionality. You may use it at your own discretion.
Update the printer firmware and check if that helps
