Product: hp deskjet 2620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I  change from virgin internet to BT now my HP deskjet 2620 will not print. When I try to set it up the printer is not found. I have tried deleting printer and HP smart fro computer and reinstalling. HP smart still reports cant find printer. Print still shows current configuration to Virgin when I print out Wireless test. Can anyone help?

Hi,

Press and hold the Cancel and wireless buttons together till the power light blinks, this enters the printer into Setup mode.

 

On a wireless device, make sure you are connected to your home network, also review the list and make sure you can see an HP-Setup ssid among the list.

 

Open HP Smart and press the Plus Sign.

Click Add Printer or Setup and Add a New printer and follow the steps on screen to connect the printer to your new network,
