I'm trying to contact HP support for my Envy 6020e. I tried to file a ticket to try and understand 2 issues

1. Why doesnt the Power ON/OFF switch work (have to take power cord out to turn off)

2. Wireless connectivity.

 

I can get past the serial number question in filing a ticket. I am putting the correct number but get a message saying "service unavailable" why is that. Is the serial number not correct on HP or does it mean there is NO service support online available for this product.

 

I've tried a number of ways to contact.

1. Use another product to file a request - Ticket closed by HP with no contact to me.

2. Online chat service - No reply too my questions are 24 hours.

 

Is the norm for HP support??????? If it is the product is going back to store I bought it from.

 

I've put up with more crap on this printer than any other I've owned. And the lack of support is just frustrating. 

 

I respected HP as a company but this is BS
