Hello,

Would you please assisting me to setup ePrint for my printer LASERJET PRO M1212 MFP?

I did try to enable HP Web Service ;but alas for my hopes it always says CONNECTION ERROR CHECK INTERNET CONNECTION.

Two common causes for this issue:

1. The Gateway address programmed into the network settings for the printer is wrong and therefore the printer cannot find any address outside of your personal network. In this case the printer will work fine internally.

2. Invalid or internal only DNS setting. DNS (domain name service) converts a website name like hp.com into an IP address that it can find. Common error is to have only an internal DNS server such as your home router. Change secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 which is a Google DNS server and 99% of the time will resolve requests properly.
