Hello All,

 

My printer keeps reverting to an 'offline' state. It's connected via wifi to my laptop. 

 

As the laptop is managed by organisation there is only so much I can do on it re downloads to rectify. 

 

I guess I'd just like to know why it keeps happening, the printer is brand new.
