Product: HP Latex 570 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP570 printer connects to the network, but cannot connect to the internet. We are not getting online search results from the substrate library and have to do firmware updates manually. The diagnostic tests fail at the "internet connectivity settings" step. We use a direct internet connection at my company - no proxy server. I had my IT dept check everything out, and they say it should be connecting to the internet at this point, but it is still unable to connect.
