Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP7155 - Menu will not come up. Screen shows the hp logo only with a blue line under it.  I have done all the restarts  and disconnected cords as suggested.   Because the menu is not available the printer will not connect to the internet.

 

The printer is only 3 years old, but out of warranty. 

 

Any ideas on whether this can be fixed?

You can try a reset but I suspect the printer has gone bad if the control panel cannot show a menu.

 

Did you recently do a firmware upgrade?

Possibly the firmware upgrade failed.  If so, a reset will not help.

 

Try unplug from the wall and also from the printer.

Leave unplugged for a few minutes then plug back in.
