I just set up a new HP8015e printer. It printed the alignment page fine but now it won't recognize the printer tray. I have been trying to set the tray to 8.5 x 11 for the last 30 minutes but it won't lock in place - although it was not set at that size when it printed the alignment page. When I set it at 8.5x11 and carefully slide it in so it's flush with the front of the printer it still doesn't print and when i let it go back to the 8.5x14 so it sticks out it won't print either. I appreciate any help!
