Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

HI - I have an HP8710 Office Jet Pro 8710.  My wireless button is illuminated BLUE so I think wireless is working properly.  The control panel task bar (on the control screen) turned gray from green.  Since this has happened, printing has been sporadic.  Any thoughts?

Do you get any errors while printing?

If the wireless light is ON and steady, it means the printer is connected to a network.

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC
