We have a LaserJet M725 MFP configured with DRA from HPAC.

We are having issues with badge scans timing out when verifying folder access for the user. Often requiring a reboot of the machine to get it working properly.

The logs don't really give much info as to what may have happened to cause the time out. There doesn't seem to be any firewall or AV interference.

??Has anyone had issues with repeated timeouts during the Access Verification step after scanning a proximity badge and attempting to scan to a user folder?
