HPDM.framework - How do I get a case number so I can speak to someone. I've tried everything else

I would like to get a case number so I can speak to a person about the message "HPDM.framework" will damage your computer. I have spent hours trying everything, and nothing seems to work. I'm tired of this. It's lousy customer service, which I think a lot of people are experiencing on this issue.

 HP's response is **bleep**. I have the latest update to Catalina and still get the "your computer is going to explode" messages. The fact that Tech Support phone numbers are more guarded than the nuclear codes shows how determined HP is to provide the worst customer service on the planet. May they all burn in a hell where they are stuck on a phone in a never ending virtual loop!

Try the below suggestions-

Step 1: update mac to the latest version.

Click on Apple Icon>> Click on About this Mac> Click Software Update to get the latest available update.

Step 2: Uninstall HP Easy Start

• Click on Spotlight icon and type HP Uninstaller or by opening HP Easy Start.
• Click on Continue to uninstall the software.
• When prompted for Password, type in your system password
• You can also uninstall by opening HP Easy Start.

Step 3: Download HP Easy Start and install the printer.

• Go to the Software and Driver download page on hp.com.
• Type in your printer model no.
• Download HP Easy Start and follow the on-screen to complete the installation.
