Product: HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer

Printer just all of a sudden doesn't print...says its offline.  I have had Geek squad out 3 times for the exact reason over this year.  They fixed it the first two times, this last time they couldn't.  Warranty expired Oct 2022.  We even hooked it up with cable and not WiFi...still doesn't print.  I really can't buy another right now.   HELP
