Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Linux

I have Linux Mint 20.3 OS on my computer.  I bought a HP Envy Inspire 7955e printer and have it connected to computer and am able to print OK.  However, I cannot install the HPLIP software on my computer even though I follow all instructions listed on 123.hp.com/setup.  After trying to install the HPLIP,  I get an error message saying there is an invalid character in the download.

Anyone else have this problem and resolved it ?
