HP tango X will not connect to WiFi - blue scanning light keeps flashing across printer and will no lock onto Wifi.

Have been working on Windows 11 since Windows 10 support closed.

Assume printer is U-S????

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below so that I can assist you further?

Step 1: Restore factory wireless settings On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for 5 seconds. The Edge lighting flashes blue. 
Step 2: Connect the printer to your wireless network For steps to set up the printer on your wireless network, please refer to the link below https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-tango-series/20486540/document/c06089384
