Hi I am trying to get my new printer to print using HPePrint  - I have assigned the printer an email address but nothing happens when a document is emailed to that address. I do receive an email saying that the Hp e print job has been received, but the printer hasn't printed anything yet and the email was over half an hour ago - is that normal?

Hi,

Apologies for jumping in @Dragon-Fur.

 

I would like to clarify @Dan240 , HP+ Printers does not support HP ePrint via email, but only Print Anywhere.

 

You may enable and use HP Print Anywhere with HP Smart to print remotely, printing via email is not supported for your printer, therefore there is no HP ePrint icon on your printer screen:

You may follow below steps to enable Print Anywhere and print remotely to your printer from the HP Smart app:
