I sent a print to my printer from my e-mail account using 'HPePrint.com' and instead of getting my print I got a message from 'HP Mimecast', saying my e-mail was on hold. It looks as though this print should have been sent as an e-mail because think it contains hyperlinks which could be used to unlock my print. What is more concerning is that I think that all prints from my e-mail account are on hold!!! Does anyone know how I can reset 'Mimecast' to allow it to print from my e-mail account. (which is the e-mail account I have just loged in with!!!)
