Hi @mitchrad88,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you do not have internet access on the computer where the HP DeskJet 4100 series printer is located. You can still install the necessary drivers using a CD or USB drive. Here’s how you can proceed:

Using a Software CD:

  • If you have the original software CD that came with your printer, you can use it to install the printer drivers and software onto your new computer.

  • Insert the CD into the disc drive of your computer and follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer.

Downloading Software from Another Computer:

  • If you have access to another computer with internet connectivity, visit the HP Support site and search for drivers for the HP DeskJet 4100 series.

  • Select the correct driver for your operating system.

  • Download the driver and save it on a USB drive.

Transferring Software to Your Computer:

  • Plug the USB drive into your computer where the printer is connected.

  • Copy the driver file from the USB drive to your computer.

  • Run the installer file to set up your HP DeskJet 4100 series printer.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
