HP Envy 6152e All-in-One Printer

Purchased the HP Envy 6152e yesterday.  Connected it this morning -  Got 1 print job and then nothing. We have unstable wifi so I tried setting up repeatedly to use with my USB cable - no luck.  That was at 8:30 THIS MORNING.  It is now 9:02PM.  I have been trying for hours with no luck.  I simply get an error message saying unable to print.  I have been all over HP's website - I've factory reset the printer and started over. I've removed the printer from my laptop and restarted that way - NOTHING! 

I'm ready to pack it up and take it back to the store because right now it's useless and I may as well burned the $175 I spent buying the printer, extra print cartridges and the USB cable.  

Why make a product that has no intensions of working.  

Hoping something will work - right now I'm going to bed mad and with a headache.  Fingers crossed I'll see a brilliant fix here in the morning.

If you're encountering issues printing via USB on the HP Envy 6152e, and have unstable Wi-Fi, follow these steps to diagnose and resolve your problem:

Check USB Connection:

  • Ensure the USB cable is properly connected to both the computer and the printer.
  • Use a different USB port on your computer.
  • Try using another USB cable if available.

Install the Latest Drivers:

  • Download and install the latest drivers for your printer from the HP Support Page.

Set Printer as Default:

  • Go to Devices and Printers in the Control Panel.
  • Right-click on your HP Envy 6152e and select Set as Default Printer.

Clear Print Queue:

  • Open Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your HP Envy 6152e and select See what's printing.
  • In the print queue window, select Printer and choose Cancel All Documents.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Uninstall the existing printer software from your computer.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Reinstall the printer software using the latest version from the HP website.
