Hi I’m having issues connecting my printer to my new wifi

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you have trouble connecting the printer to a new wifi network. Please try the steps shared below.

Please try to Reset the Printer first so it can be connected to the new Router

Steps to Network Reset: Deskjet 3700

1. Load the Paper Switch on and wait for the Display to Appear

2. Press & Hold the Wireless Button then Hold the Cancel Button and wait for 10 Seconds Release the cancel and later Power Button

3. The printer will send the Command with a Print that indicates the printer network is Reset

now try to set up the Printer with the Wifi and let us know how it works.

Once the Setup is done, Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wi-Fi router & Printer --> install it back add the printer and let me know.
