Hi @Lisalisa123456,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you're trying to connect your phone to an HP printer via Wi-Fi, the password needed is typically the Wi-Fi Direct password or the wireless network password.

If you have an HP printer and you need the Wi-Fi Direct password:

  1. On your printer's control panel, navigate to the Wireless settings or Wi-Fi Direct settings.
  2. Look for an option to display Wi-Fi Direct details. Here, you should find the name and password needed to connect your phone.

For a wireless network password:

  • This is the password used to connect to your Wi-Fi network, which is usually set on your router.

If you're still unable to connect, using the HP app might help configure your printer and connect devices more easily. HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
