HP Recommended

I can not access an actual person via support because it says my phone number isn’t registered. I try to add it to my account and it says it’s attached to another account. I try to log in using the number and it says i can’t do that because the number hasn’t been verified. This is a never ending circle. Please please help me add my number so I can contact support about my other issues!
