Hi envy inspire

When i send word document to printer it does not always print correct details.  For instance if I type a letter to 12 Anywhere street etc the next letter could be 42 Anywhere Street and I may get four to number 12 one to number 4 even though I’ve not typed that and none for number 42…..  any help would be great.  I have just thrown away another printer because of this and purchased this a I thought there was something major wrong with it.  very frustrating.

I understand you are facing some printing issues with your HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist you better:

• I would like to know does the issue occur when you try to make a copy as well?
• What operating system are you using on your PC?
• What application are you trying to print from?
• have you tried printing from any different applications or browsers?
• How is the printer connected to your device?
• Have you installed the full feature software for the printer?

While you respond to that, please try to print from other applications. If it is working fine then with different applications, then uninstall and reinstall that particular application which is causing the issue.
