Hi @Shinw

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing a printer offline issue, and the WiFi indicator is blinking. This usually signifies a disruption or issue with the wireless connection between your printer and the network. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

                      1.  Check WiFi Connection:

    • Solution: Ensure that the WiFi network your printer is trying to connect to is up and running. Verify that the router is operational and that there are no widespread network disruptions.

      2. Ensure Proper Network Selection
      :

    • Solution: Make sure the printer is connected to the correct WiFi network. You may want to perform a reconnect to the network if there's any doubt.

      3. Restart Devices:

    • Solution: Turn off your printer, router, and computer. Wait for a few seconds, then turn them back on. This can often refresh and resolve connectivity issues.

      4. Check Distance and Obstacles:

    • Solution: Ensure your printer is within the range of your WiFi router. Remove any large objects or electronic devices that may interfere with the signal.

      5. Update Printer Firmware:

    • Solution: Check for any firmware updates for your printer via https://support.hp.com/us-en. An outdated firmware may cause connection issues.

      6. Network Configuration Changes
      :

    • Solution: If there have been changes such as a new router, changed SSID, or network password, reconfigure your printer’s network settings to match the new setup.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
