I cannot connect my computer to Wi-Fi.  I have been told to update drivers.  Where do I get these drivers.  Support for this printer is no longer available

I am sorry to hear that  the HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 might not have current direct support, you can still download drivers from HP's official website. Here's how to find and download the drivers you need:

 

Visit the HP Support Website:

Locate Drivers and Software:

  • In the "Support" section, click on "Software & Drivers."
  • Enter your printer model, "OfficeJet Pro 8610," and click "Search."

Select Your Operating System:

  • Select the operating system that your computer is using (e.g., Windows or macOS).

Download the Drivers:

  • Scroll down to find the list of drivers available for your printer.
  • Download the "Full Feature Software and Drivers" package for optimal functionality.

Install the Drivers:

  • Once downloaded, open the installation file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the drivers on your computer.

Re-establish Wi-Fi Connection:

  • After installing the drivers, try reconnecting your printer to the Wi-Fi network through the printer's control panel.
