HP Envy 6455e

Every thing says I am connected. Connected to my home network. Connected to the Smart HP app. Connected to my router and the internet at large. Can print a test page from the Smart HP app. Can print docs from the printer.

I cannot print a test page (or anything else) from the actual computer it, in theory, is connected to.

When I watch the Queue it shows a page there for a moment, it spools, and then nothing. There is nothing that stays in the queue. It looks and acts like it is sending to the printer, and then nothing happens. 

How can I be connected to everything and yet not be able to print?
