Hi @Isis9,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To find the IP address of your HP ENVY 6020e printer without a screen, you can use one of the following methods.
Via the Printer Software on Your Computer:
Windows:
- Open the HP Smart app or HP Printer Assistant (if installed).
- Select your printer from the list.
- Go to Printer Settings or Manage Your Printer.
- Look for the Network or Wireless settings; the IP address should be listed there.
Mac:
- Open System Preferences and go to Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer from the list on the left.
- Click Options & Supplies.
- Go to the Utility tab and click Open Printer Utility.
- Look for Network Configuration or similar options to find the IP address.
Via Your Router:
- Access your router’s web interface by typing its IP address into a web browser (commonly something like 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1).
- Log in with your router credentials.
- Look for a section labeled Attached Devices or Connected Devices.
- Find your printer in the list; its IP address should be displayed next to it.
Using Printer’s Network Report (if available):
- If your printer is connected to the network, you can sometimes print a network configuration page from the printer’s settings menu on your computer. This can often be done through the HP Smart app or HP Printer Assistant.
These methods should help you locate the IP address of your HP ENVY 6020e printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
