@ICB61, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi:

On the printer, go to the Home screen.

Tap Wi-Fi or Network icon.

Choose Wireless Setup Wizard.

Pick your Wi-Fi network from the list.

Enter the Wi-Fi password, and it should reconnect.

If Wi-Fi is Hidden (SSID not showing):

Tap Manual or Enter Network Name.

Type in your Wi-Fi network name (SSID).

Enter the password.

Restart the Printer and Router:

Turn off the printer and router, wait 30 seconds, then turn them back on.

Check Router:

Make sure your router is broadcasting the Wi-Fi network and check if it’s not hidden.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
