HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

I have had nonstop problems with my printer since day 1.  I was supposed to get a year's supply of FREE Instant Ink and never got it!  after 6 months they started charging my credit card $6.99 per month for a product that was (1) supposed to be free for a year (2) I never received. I was furious!  When I realized what was happening, I called and canceled the membership. A week later, I received 2 (1 black, 1 tricolor) cartridges in the mail of Instant Ink! LOL I figured since I was owed them, I might as well use the.  Once I put them into my printer it locked up.  Since that time, it has been locked.  I cannot use it at all!  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it nothing works. I tried with the absolute waste of time chat- but as we all know it is completely worthless!  I have sent numerous emails but positively no one will respond.  I have even gone so far as to send emails directly to the CEO, and CFO. Marketing TEAM, basically the entire upper management staff!! Again, NOTHING! I am furious. Does anyone have any suggestions other than simply going out and buying a new printer?

Once you cancel your subscription the ink you received within the subscription will no longer work. You can only use store bought ink cartridges.
