Hi,

You may turn on Web Services as guided below:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05329102

 

For any issues, try removing Web Services and enabling it back as described within the FAQs section.

 

Enabling web services meant to allow web services connectivity only, it does not enroll your printer to any service by completing such steps.
