After wifi change i cannot use my printer and i cannot see wifi wizard settings what should i do to restore my wifi?

The 135w does not have a wifi setup wizard.

 

You need to use a smart phone

 

Alternately, use the WPS pushbutton method if no smartphone

See page 52 for how to setup using WPS

General help after changing the modem 

 

1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change

I tried tech mode by clearing all the memory but it seems to be not working. What else should i try?

You will have to explain what you mean by "not working"

 

If the display on the printer is not working then a hardware problem.   Contact local support to find out why the network setup is not available.  Were you able to follow the video that showed the WiFi setup?

Display is working but wifi light keep blinking and when i look at the network and wifi settings there is no such thing called wifi wizard and on hp smart app in pc printer seems offline with cable plugged.
