Hi @Louis4145

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

To connect your HP DeskJet F4400 printer to your network and resolve the offline issue, follow these steps:

Step 1: Check Network Connection

  1. Ensure your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
  2. Verify that your computer and printer are connected to the same network.

Step 2: Restart Devices

  1. Turn off your printer, computer, and router.
  2. Restart all devices to clear any connection issues.

Step 3: Update Printer Drivers

  1. Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer.
  2. Install the drivers and restart your computer.

Step 4: Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

  1. Download and install the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool from here.
  2. Run the tool to diagnose and fix connectivity issues.

Step 5: Set Printer Online

  1. Open "Devices and Printers" in the Control Panel.
  2. Right-click your printer and select "See what's printing."
  3. Click "Printer" in the menu and uncheck "Use Printer Offline."

Step 6: Update Firmware

Once the printer is online, check for firmware updates on the HP Support website and install them.
