I'm trying to use the auto-refill feature but it only seems to allow wireless connection. I use ethernet to connect to my router from my computer, then connect the printer to the computer directly. Is there a way to do this? Thank you.

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Unfortunately as per the Product Specifications: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05945859#AbT2 this Printer does not have have Ethernet capability and to use the Instant Ink Program continuous Internet connectivity is required
Thank you

Thank you for your reply. Not sure what you mean by "continuous internet service". My computer is on 24/7, connected to the internet. And when connectivity goes down, so does all the WiFi, so the explanation, like so many others these days, doesn't match what I experience daily. But thank you for the reply.
