@juansbride, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP 8020!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you no longer have access to an email account used for the "Scan to Email" feature on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8020, you may need to delete the profile associated with that email address. Here’s how you can do it:

Access Printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS):

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
  • Find the printer’s IP address by printing a Network Configuration report from the printer.
  • Open a web browser on your computer, type the printer’s IP address into the address bar, and press Enter.

Log in to EWS:

  • On the EWS page, navigate to the settings where the "Scan to Email" profiles are configured.

Locate Email Profiles:

  • In the EWS, find the section related to email profiles. This might be under "Scan Settings" or a similar category.

Delete the Email Profile:

  • Locate the profile associated with the email you no longer have access to.
  • Click on the option to delete or remove the profile. This action will remove the email settings from the printer.

Save Changes:

  • After deleting the profile, ensure to save the changes, if required, before closing the EWS.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
