Product: HP Deskjet 3510 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP Deskjet 3510 print scan and copy, however the other day, I went to go and use it and it just keeps coming up with this Error code OXB808F 342. no matter what I have tried, unplugging it, powering off and back on, uninstalling software and reinstalling software, nothing has worked. I am not very tech savvy, so any real advice would be greatly appreciated.

HP Recommended

I have just tried the hp "doctor" and that was no help. Referred me to here for help. So, any advice would be appreciated.
