I’m not being able to connect my printer to my wifi , it was okay in the beginning but I had to change my router and after that I’ve not been able to reconnect the printer again . I dont even remember the printer’s password anymore . Please reply if anyone knows how to solve this problem

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

Uninstall the HP smart app from any one of the devices. 

Note: If there are additional printers listed on the HP smart app, they will be deleted)  

 

Restore network settings to default settings - Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for 5 seconds and release it. This would erase the old network from the printer and would put the printer in setup mode.  

 

Post that, re-download the HP smart app on your phone, open the app, and click on add printer on top. Select your printer and follow the on-screen instructions to get your printer connected to the network.  

 

Once successfully connected, the wireless light would turn solid blue.
