When I use the "Print & Scan Doctor" it displays my 4620 twice and both are "CONNECTED".
When I print a document it prints as it should. Then it tries to print to the other 4620 and it takes 30-45 minutes for the print dialog box to change from "printing" to dialog "ERROR". Then I must close the box and a try to print another page.
Extremely cumbersome.
