Hi @GL1547,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Restore Network Settings:
- Touch and hold the Wireless button on the printer for about 5 seconds or until you see the Wi-Fi or Wireless light blink. This will restore the default network settings on the printer.
Reconnect to the Network:
- Use the HP Smart app to reconnect your printer to the wireless network.
- Download the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store on your device.
- Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your HP ENVY 6052e printer.
- When prompted, enter your Wi-Fi network details to connect the printer.
Connecting to the Printer's Wi-Fi Direct:
- If you wish to print directly using Wi-Fi Direct, you may see a default password on the printer label or in the Wi-Fi Direct settings via the app interface.
Print Network Configuration Page:
- You can print a network configuration page to see the current settings by holding down the Information button on the printer until all the buttons on the control panel light up, then pressing the Information and Cancel buttons simultaneously.
I hope this helps.
