Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Refer to this resource which shows how to Reset the Wireless and setup without the USB cable.

Alternatively, if you are using HP Smart app, just do a Wireless reset and use the mobile phone with HP Smart to "Add Printer" and setup for use with Mobile devices.
