An Ethernet cable could be used to connect your printer to a router -- you (still) need control of the router and control of the network to reach the outside.
If your school IT department that controls your Wireless also denies connection to the "outside" world, you must live with that limitation or convince the people that control the School Wireless access to allow you to connect to the Internet. You might be able to get help from your school administrators, too.
