Hi @ultimate0s9n

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand how frustrating it must feel when your printer suddenly shows “Offline” even though it’s powered on and connected. Thank you for already checking the basics like power and Wi-Fi—those steps are important and appreciated.

Let’s walk through a clear set of actions to bring your printer back online on Windows 11:

Step 1: Restart Devices

  • Turn off the printer, wait about 30 seconds, and power it back on.
  • Restart your computer to refresh the connection.

Step 2: Check Printer Connection

  • Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
  • On the printer’s control panel, confirm the wireless icon shows a solid connection.

Step 3: Set Printer as Default

  1. On your computer, press Windows + I to open Settings.
  2. Go to Devices > Printers & scanners.
  3. Select your printer, then click Set as default.

Step 4: Clear the Print Queue

  1. Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click your printer and choose See what’s printing.
  3. Cancel all pending jobs to clear the stuck queue.

Step 5: Run Diagnose & Fix in HP App

  • Open the HP App on your computer.
  • Select your printer, then click Diagnose & Fix.
This tool automatically checks for issues and repairs them.

Step 6: Check Printer Status in Windows

  1. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click your printer and ensure Use Printer Offline is not selected.

Step 7: Update Printer Drivers

By following these steps, the printer should reconnect smoothly and resume printing. The Diagnose & Fix option in the HP App is especially effective—it feels like giving your printer a quick health check and refresh.
