I understand your HP printer is showing as “Offline” on Windows 11 even though it’s powered on, connected to Wi-Fi, and previously worked without issues. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Check printer status in Devices and Printers
Open Devices and Printers, right-click your HP printer, and select “See what’s printing.”
From the Printer menu, make sure “Use Printer Offline” is unchecked.

Set the printer as default
Right-click the HP printer in Devices and Printers and choose “Set as default.”
This ensures Windows sends jobs to the correct printer instance.

Restart the Print Spooler service
Open Services, stop the “Print Spooler” service, wait a few seconds, then start it again.
This clears stuck jobs that keep the printer in an offline state.

Power reset the printer and network
Turn the printer off, unplug the power cord, and wait 60 seconds.
Restart your Wi-Fi router, then power the printer back on and reconnect it to the network.

Verify the printer port and IP address
Open Printer Properties > Ports and note the active port.
If it’s a WSD port, switch to a Standard TCP/IP port using the printer’s current IP address.

Disable SNMP status monitoring
In Printer Properties > Ports, select the active port and click Configure Port.
Uncheck “SNMP Status Enabled” and apply the changes.

Remove and re-add the printer using HP Smart
Remove the printer from Devices and Printers and from HP Smart.
Restart the computer, then add the printer again using HP Smart.

Update or reinstall the printer driver
Download and install the latest full-feature driver or HP Smart app for Windows 11.
This replaces any corrupted configuration files causing the offline error.

Run Windows Printer Troubleshooter
Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
Run the Printer troubleshooter to fix configuration and communication issues.

I hope this helps.
