Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I want to print from multiple devices and emails remotely but have encountered Mimecast Personal Portal that has queued the  email  and prevented  printing. Release Block Permit appears next to the email. What and How do I access this to Release Block Permit and allow printing?
