I have a new wifi network and now can not connect. I have pushed the wireless button for 20 seconds and then searched via the app. No devices are found. 

 

Surely there has to be a way to update the wifi

Make sure your new Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz band. Most new routers are dual-band and they have a 5GHz band factory working and the 2.4GHz band is factory set to disabled and can be enabled in router settings. The printer can only connect to the 2.4GHz band.
