Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4140 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Two problems:

 

1) How do I change network setting for my printer?  Changed internet service 2 days ago, and network does not recognize printer.

 

2) When a printer is offline (which happens occasionally), what makes that happen and how do I put it back online?
