Never had a problem setting up before. Just relocated to different house and cannot figure out how to connect to this network. Do not understand reset instructions.

You may need to reset the printer. This video shows a smartphone being used
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qk8lAMJH5Qs
There is also a mechanical reset
1. Press and hold the Information button (i) for 5 seconds until the control panel buttons light up. 2. Press the Wi-Fi button and the Cancel button (X) at the same time for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light blinks blue. |
Video show how to connect the printer to the router

The WPS pushbutton method might be easier to use if you have access to the router and it has a "pushbutton"
1. Press and hold the wireless button on the printer for more than least three seconds to start the WPS Push Button method. 2. Press the WPS button on your router. NOTE: The product begins a timer for approximately two minutes while a wireless connection is established. If the printer connects successfully, the light next to the Wireless button glows steady blue. |
Let me know if still a problem as it may be necessary to get into the modem and make changes.

2 days ago got fiberoptic, (previous DSL, with no problems) reset and finally got the new Network and password changed. In the last 2 days the printer has gone offline 3 times, I have to plug into my MACAir2 ( using adapter) and add the Network and password again. Then unplug from it my MacAir2, 8hrs is longest it's stayed connected.
