Hi @Jules1010,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand you’ve changed your Wi-Fi/company network and need to reconnect your printer. Let’s go through a few steps to set it up again.

Confirm the new Wi-Fi details
Make sure you have the correct Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password.
The printer must be connected to a 2.4 GHz network for most models.

Reset the printer’s Wi-Fi settings
On the printer, press and hold the Wi-Fi and Cancel buttons together for 3–5 seconds
(or press Wi-Fi + Information depending on the model).
This puts the printer into Wi-Fi setup mode.

Use the HP Smart app to reconnect
Open the HP Smart app on your phone or laptop.
Tap “Set Up a New Printer” and select your printer when it appears.
Follow the steps to enter the new Wi-Fi password.

Restart the printer and router
Power off the printer and router for 10–15 seconds.
Turn them back on and wait until both are fully ready.

Check that devices are on the same network
Make sure your phone/laptop and the printer are both connected to the new Wi-Fi name.
Guest or company-isolated networks can block printing.

Run a Wireless Test Report (optional)
On the printer’s control panel, print a Wireless Network Test page.
This will show if the printer successfully connected to the new Wi-Fi.

I hope this helps.
