The C4 V4 has no print server capability and is only good for USB flash.

You can use a USB print server. They are not plug and play. Be sure to check ratings and get one that has good documentation and support.

The print server is designed to connect to the modem or router. You will need to program it. If you get one with an ethernet connector it can be connected to the modem with a cable which makes setup a lot easier. If the printer cannot be connected directly to the router (such as a flat or apartment) then you must configure the WiFi of the print server to connect to the wifi of the the modem. This is not easy and is what the vendor mean when they state "not plug and play"
As far as I know, there are no WiFi-direct print servers. Any user with a smartphone, tablet, PC or laptop just finds the printer using the modem. One does not connect, for example, the smartphone directly to the USB print server.
