Hello

 

I am looking to print a document that I no longer have access to on my computer or storage devices. 

 

I read about eprint, made an account and one of the first issues is my printer is not showing up under the "owned printers" category.

I downloaded the hp smart app on my iPhone and successfully added the printer through the app on my phone.

I cannot find the option for eprint history on the iPhone app or the desktop website.

 

Printer: HP ENVY 5055

Computer: DELL INSPIRON 3847

OS: Windows 10 Home

I see that you are looking for information related to eprint history for your printer.

 

Kindly refer to the below steps to find the history.

 

First, go to “HP Connected” and then login into your account. Then “My Printers” window will open a list of connected printers view. Next hit “ePrint History” button for your HP printer.
