Hi @LolaAdora,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
If your printer is asking for a proxy address, it’s trying to connect to the internet for HP’s web services (like ePrint).
If you don’t need those features, you can disable Web Services like this:
Step 1: Turn Off Web Services
- On the printer’s touchscreen, tap Setup (the wrench icon).
- Select Web Services Setup.
- Choose Remove Web Services or Turn Off.
- Confirm your selection.
Now you should be able to print locally from your computer or phone without needing a proxy.
Step 2. How to Print a Calendar
If you’re creating a calendar on your computer (like in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or a website):
- Open the calendar document.
- Click File > Print.
- Choose HP Photosmart 7520 as your printer.
- Set the paper size, orientation, and layout as needed.
- Click Print.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
