Hi @HP4SUBBU ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To reset the Wi-Fi password for your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4729 All-in-One Printer, you will need to configure your Wi-Fi settings again. Here's how you can do it:

Reset Wi-Fi Settings on HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4729

  1. Restore Network Defaults:

    • Press the Wireless Button on your printer to access the wireless settings menu.
    • Navigate to Settings or Setup (this may vary slightly based on the model).
    • Find the option to Restore Network Defaults. Select it to reset the wireless settings.
  2. Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

    • (a) Ensure your printer is within range of your wireless router.
    • (b) Press the Wireless Button again to begin the wireless setup.
    • (c) Use the printer's display to navigate to the Wireless Setup Wizard. This option will guide you through connecting the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
  3. Enter New Wi-Fi Password:

    • When prompted, select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the new Wi-Fi password using the printer’s display panel.
    • Follow the prompts to complete the setup.
  4. Reinstall Printer on Computer:

    • Go to your computer and open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
    • Remove the printer and then use Add a printer or scanner to add it back with the new Wi-Fi settings.
  5. Print a Network Configuration Page:

    • This can help confirm that your printer is connected to the correct network. In the printer’s display, navigate to Settings and print the network configuration page.

Hope this helps resolve your issue.
